Nature Made Fuel Your Greatness Promotion

Eligibility : The Nature Made Fuel Your Greatness Promotion is open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old on the entry date. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Nature Made Fuel Your Greatness Promotion (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 25, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit NatureMade.com (“Web Site”) and follow the Promotion link and on-screen instructions to complete and submit the Promotion entry form and your Essay (and Photograph, if any) during the Promotion Period.

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry may be submitted per person and per e-mail address per Entry Period, for a maximum of three (3) total entries per person during the Promotion Period, however, an Essay may only be submitted once during the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

SEMI-FINALIST PRIZE: Thirty (30) Semi-Finalists, subject to verification, will each receive $1000 in the form of one (1) check from Sponsor payable to the Semi-Finalist. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Semi-Finalist Prizes: $30,000.

DOCUMENTARY: Five (5) Documentary Participants, subject to verification, will receive the opportunity to be filmed and appear in Fuel Your Greatnesstm The Documentary (the “Documentary”). The opportunity to appear in the Documentary does not have a retail value.
