Eligibility : The myLifetime ProjectRunway Make It Work Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The myLifetime ProjectRunway Make It Work Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 17, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 12, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Registration Entry/Vote Bonus Entry/ and/or Survey Bonus Entry per person/email address/ per day and limit up to two (2) Referral Bonus Entries OR Alternate Referral Bonus Entries per person/email address per month (collectively “Entries”). The maximum possible number of Entries per person/email address is twenty-three (23) per week.

Prize (s):

Thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes (one (1) prize per Weekly Sweepstakes): Each Weekly Prize winner will receive (i) a cash prize of one thousand dollars ($1000) awarded in the form of a check made out in the name of the Weekly Prize winner and (ii) a gift basket from L’Oréal and Garnier of various L’Oréal and Garnier beauty items consisting of an assortment (19) of select make up and hair products (exact contents to be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize: $1,250 (“Weekly Prize”).

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive (i) a cash prize of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) awarded in the form of check made out to the name of the Grand Prize winner; (ii) a gift basket from L’Oréal and Garnier of various L’Oréal and Garnier beauty items consisting of an assortment (19) of select make up and hair products (exact contents to be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion); and (iii) a trip for two (2) to New York, N.Y. for three (3) nights. Trip consists of roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near Grand Prize winner’s residence to New York, N.Y.; ground transportation to/from Grand Prize winner’s home to airport; ground-transportation to/from airport/hotel in New York; three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (single room/ double occupancy; selected by Sponsor); $250 a day for expenses awarded to Grand Prize winner in the form of gift card(s) (actual gift card awarded to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and an opportunity for Grand prize winner and guest to have lunch with Tim Gunn, subject to his availability (collectively “Grand Prize”). ARV of Grand Prize: $29,750.

Official Winners List available after November 12, 2009. All requests must be received by January 12, 2009. The Official Rules will be available on the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. Name of winner(s) may also be posted on the Web Site.
