McRib Contest

Eligibility : The McRib Contest is open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (DC) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The McRib Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on or about November 2, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on or about November 22, 2010 (the “Entry Period”)

Limit : No limit to the number of Entries per Contestant

Prize (s):

One (1) Prize: a seven (7) day/six (6) night three (3) city trip to Germany for Winner and one (1) guest, a check to the Winner for $10,000 (USD) and the Winner’s Legend will be converted into an animation presentation by Sponsor for potential (but not guaranteed) display at www.McDonalds.com/mcrib in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip portion of the Prize consists of: round-trip coach class air travel for Winner and guest from the international airport nearest to Winner’s residence in the United States to an airport in Germany selected by Sponsor; inter-city transportation in Germany and cities to be visited during the trip will be selected solely by Sponsor from city-to-city in Sponsor’s sole discretion, a total of six (6) nights (one or more nights per city) hotel accommodations (one standard double occupancy room); ground transfers in any city as determined by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize: $16,500.00.

Winner List : For a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope (“SASE”) to: McDonald’s Legend of McRib Rules, P.O. Box 4624, Oak Brook, IL 60522-4624 for receipt by December 31, 2010. To find out who won, visit www.McDonalds.com/mcrib after December 10, 2010, or mail a SASE to: McDonald’s Legend of McRib Winners, P.O. Box 4624, Oak Brook, IL 60522-4624 for receipt by December 31, 2010. (VT residents may omit return postage).
