Eligibility : The Matrix Mania Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to those who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (except for residents of the province of Quebec) or Puerto Rico and who are the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry. Void in the province of Quebec and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins on 1/1/14 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 12/31/14 at 11:59 P.M. ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Limit : One entry per person/email address per unique code and a limit of ten (10) entries per person/email address per Bimonthly Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

Six (6) Grand Prizes (one (1) prize awarded per Bimonthly Entry Period): $5,000 cash. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received for a given Bimonthly Entry Period drawing, estimated at 1:20,000.

Fifty (50) winners per Bimonthly Entry Period will each receive: a Matrix Gift Bag (ARV: $60.00 each). Odds of winning instantly are dependent on the number of entries received each Bimonthly Entry Period, but are estimated at approximately 1:400. Total number of Matrix Gift Bags available to be claimed:  300. Total ARV of all monthly prizes: $18,000.00.
