Kobo’s Icons, Visionaries and Idols Trivia Contest

Eligibility : The Contest is open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United Kingdom, who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry (each entrant, an “Entrant”). Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Kobo’s Icons, Visionaries and Idols Trivia Contest (the “Contest”) submission begins on January 15, 2014 at 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on January 24, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : Limit is ten (10) Entries and Grand Prize Entries per Entrant during the Contest Period regardless of email address provided.

Prize (s) :

There will be ten (10) Secondary Prizes of a Kobo Touch eReader and one (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Kobo Aura eReader, one (1) Kobo Arc 7HD tablet and $1,000.

Secondary Prize:

During the Contest Period there will be one (1) Secondary Prize awarded each Day consisting of:

One (1) Kobo Touch eReader will be won each Day of the duration of the Contest Period, for a total of ten (10) Kobo Touch eReaders. Kobo Touch eReader approximate value is CAD $99.99. Secondary Prize winners must respond within two (2) business days of notification to the contact number provided in the notification. If the Secondary Prize winner does not respond in accordance with the Official Rules or the Secondary Prize winner does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive the Secondary Prize. NOTE: The Sponsor does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected e-mail notifications.

Grand Prize:

There will be one Grand Prize package (consisting of one (1) Kobo Aura eReader, one (1) Kobo Arc 7HD tablet, and $1,000) awarded to an eligible Entrant.

Kobo Aura eReader approximate value is CAD $149.99. Kobo Arc 7HD tablet approximate value is CAD $199.99. The $1,000 portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded either as a prepaid Visa credit card with a value of CAD $1,000 or wire transfer, depending on the location of the winner.

If a Canadian or American resident is selected, they will be awarded one (1) prepaid Visa credit card with a value of CAD $1,000. If a UK resident is selected, they will be awarded an equivalent amount via wire transfer.
