Eligibility : For Voters: Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old as of October 1, 2010 can vote in The J. Peterman Field Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Schools: Open only to accredited K-12 public and private schools located within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Home schools and Trade Schools are not eligible.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1st, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 15th , 2010 (the “Entry Period”)

Limit : You may vote once (1) every 24 hours with no more than forty-six (46) total votes per person (which equals the total number of days in the Sweepstakes Period).

Prize (s):

School Prizes.

One (1) First Prize: A $5,000 J. Peterman cashier’s check made out to the First Prize winning school.

One (1) Second Prize: A $2,500 J. Peterman cashier’s check made out to Second Prize winning school.

One (1) Third Prize: A $1,500 J. Peterman cashier’s check made out to the Third Prize winning school.

Two (2) Honorable Mentions: A $500 J. Peterman cashier’s check made to each of the first school and second school receiving honorable mention.
