Promotion Period : The It’s Easy Being Green with Panasonic Sweepstakes begins October 20, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends March 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit http://panasonic.promo.eprize.com/green during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Each participant may receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Promotion will be $10,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
