Eligibility : The HGTV Software Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older, and be the homeowner of record of the premises located in the United States or District of Columbia

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on September 2, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win their choice of either:

(A) $10,000 in cash; or

(B) (i) a professional and personalized consultation by an HGTV talent (to be determined by Sweepstakes Host at the time of the drawing) (Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2,500); and (ii) a cash prize of $7,500.

Total value of the Grand Prize: $10,000
