Eligibility : Hershey’s Rocks Your Block with Rascal Flatts Instant Win Game open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older by May 1, 2009.

Promotion Period : HERSHEY’S ROCKS YOUR BLOCK WITH RASCAL FLATTS INSTANT WIN GAME BEGINS 12:00:01 A.M. EASTERN TIME (“ET”) ON MAY 1, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 P.M. ET ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 (“GAME PERIOD”).

How To Enter : Visit www.hersheys.com/rascalflatts (the “Web Site”) during the Game Period. Enter the 12-digit UPC from any 6-pack of HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Bars, HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Bars with Almonds OR HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Bars; click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Game entry page and follow the online instructions to register for this Game (a “Play”). To participate without a purchase, you may obtain a free UPC at www.hersheys.com/rascalflatts. The entrant who completes a Play (whose Play is properly received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer) at or immediately after a randomly selected time will win a prize. If you receive a message stating, YOU’VE WON, you win the prize stated (subject to verification). Non-winning messages will read, SORRY. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER. If you win a prize, you will be notified by e-mail, mail, or phone. Play must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. September 30, 2009 to be eligible to win.

Limit : Limit one (1) Play per person and per e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of a Block Party for winner and one hundred (100) guests featuring a concert by Rascal Flatts OR in lieu of the Block Party winner may receive $25,000.00 (made payable in the form of a check to winner). If winner selects the Block Party, the Block Party will be held at an appropriate location near winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No alcohol will be provided by Sponsor or permitted at the Block Party. Approximate retail value (ARV): $25,000.00.

Five (5) First Prizes. Each First Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to attend a Rascal Flatts concert. Prize includes double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to attend a Rascal Flatts concert, and $500 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check). ARV: $3,500.00 each.

Ten (10) Second Prizes. Each Second Prize consists of a $2,500 Visa® Gift Card which can be used towards a custom block party. ARV: $2,500.00 each.

One Hundred Thousand (100,000) Third Prizes. Each Third Prize winner will receive a Rascal Flatts song download. ARV: $1.00 each.

i would lioke to give this prize to my mom cause she has gone through a lot and has given a lot up for us. My mom got married and then had kids. She She has lost a child and now she deals with all teenagers. I think this would be a great thank you for all she has done.

I lost my 30 yr old son by a drunck driver in feb 09 we all miss him so much his friends, coworkers, brother, sisters and me. To have a party like this one in his memory would be so great!

This would be a cool way to pat back my family and friends who hadve helped me since 2007, Wheb U took and audit jobo for a criminally run bank in Englewood CO. When asked by law enforcenmetn since I as new and has accsesss to all ad auditor agreed. I gave them mor than the need to the extent that he had band bank in a bogus not for profit christian youth cmap to cover the money. Since then I had been black balled in audit and its all I know to do. I’ve tried everything and nothingworkds. Rascal Flats and my new fianc’e keep me going. Thanks I guys, I love you
