Eligibility : The GOYA Bye Bye Bills! Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 15, 2009.

Promotion Period :
The On-Pack Game begins on or about September 15, 2009 and ends on October 1, 2010.
The Online Game begins on September 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 15, 2010.
The Mail-In Sweepstakes begins on September 15, 2009 and ends on October 1, 2010.

There are three (3) prizes available as follows:

Winners : For Game results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed SASE to: GOYA® Bye Bye Bills! Winners/Rules, P.O. Box 661, Ardsley, NY 10502. Requests for winner’s list must be received by November 15, 2010. VT residents may exclude return postage. A list of prize winners will be available no sooner than November 15, 2010 and will be mailed when the Game is officially over and the prizes have been verified and awarded. Limit one (1) request per outer envelope.
