Good Earth Giveaway

Eligibility : The Good Earth Giveaway is open only to individuals who are living within, and are legal residents of, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Good Earth Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 10, 2009 at 12:01 am Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on May 19, 2009 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Access the Sweepstakes registration page at www.goodearthgiveaway.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) during the Entry Period, provide all requested information, and submit your entry.

Limit : Limit one online or mail-in entry, per household.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: a check in the amount of $10,000 made payable to the Grand Prize winner, and a $10,000 donation made to the charitable organization of the Grand Prize winner’s choice.

One (1) Second Prize: a check in the amount of $2,000 made payable to the Second Prize winner, and a $2,000 donation made to the charitable organization of the Second Prize winner’s choice.

One (1) Third Prize: a check in the amount of $500 made payable to the Third Prize winner, and a $500 donation made to the charitable organization of the Third Prize winner’s choice.

Five (5) Fourth Prizes: each a year’s supply of Good Earth Coffee and Tea awarded as two shipments of ten (10) bags of Good Earth Coffee and six (6) boxes of Good Earth Tea (varieties selected by Sponsor). Approximate retail value (”ARV”) of each Fourth Prize is $253.
