Dreyer’s Edy’s Slow Churned A Taste of Recovery Promotion

Eligibility :  The Dreyer’s Edy’s Slow Churned A Taste of Recovery Promotion is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Dreyer’s Edy’s Slow Churned A Taste of Recovery Promotion begins on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 20, 2009 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To participate in the Promotion, entrants should visit www.slowchurned.com (the “Promotion Website”) during the Essay Submission Phase, complete and submit via the Website an Official Entry Form (including without limitation the entrant’s name, telephone number and e-mail address), and follow the entry instructions.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or email address.

Prize (s):

Each Finalist, whether ultimately named the Promotion Winner or not, will receive the following as a prize:

• One (1) video camera. The camera will have already been given to the Finalist in order to make their video. For the sake of clarity, the Finalists will receive no more than one (1) camera; ($180.00)
• Six (6) cartons of a special Dreyer’s/Edy’s Slow Churned® limited edition summer flavor ($36.00); and
• A year’s supply of Dreyer’s/Edy’s Slow Churned® light ice cream (defined as 24 gift certificates, redeemable wherever Sponsor’s products are sold). ($144.00).

In addition to receiving a Finalist prize, the Grand Prize Promotion Winner will receive a Grand Prize of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00);

Winners : Grand Prize winner and Finalist will be posted on the Promotion Website on or about June 29, 2009. Additionally, the winners list can be obtained through the mail by sending the request and a self-addressed, stamped envelop to Winners List, Dreyer’s Slow Churned – Taste of Recovery™ Promotion, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc., 5929 College Ave., Oakland, CA 94618.
