Eligibility : The Do it Yourself Network Cool Tools Holiday Blitz Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 25, 2009 until 5:00 p.m. ET on December 28, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”)

How To Enter : You may enter the Do it Yourself Network Cool Tools Holiday Blitz Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by visiting the DIY website (www.diynetwork.com) (the “DIY Website”) and completing the online entry form

Limit : limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) cash (awarded in the form of a check). Total value of Grand Prize: $25,000.

Weekly Prizes: Four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive a select assortment of tools provided by Stanley Tools (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities). (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $200). Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $800.

Winners : Beginning on or about December 30, 2009 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner and the Weekly Winners, either by going to the DIY Website (www.diynetwork.com) or by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “DIY’s Cool Tools Holiday Blitz Sweepstakes Winners’ List”, P.O. Box 53305, Knoxville, TN 37950. Requests received after January 22, 2010 will not be honored. Results of the Sweepstakes will be removed from the DIY Website on or about January 22, 2010.
