Comfort Suites Explore the Space Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Comfort Suites Explore the Space Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Comfort Suites Explore the Space Sweepstakes begins on August 13, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 24, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.ExploreTheSpaceSweepstakes.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Each participant may receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

UP TO THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: $200,000 in the form of a check in winner’s name which may be used for a trip to space aboard a space flight or for any other purpose (“Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200,000.

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: A trip for four (4) to Cape Canaveral, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); a $300 allowance for a mid-size rental car for length of stay; $5,000 spending money; a Comfort Suites® promotional pack consisting of one hundred dollars ($100) of merchandise including a duffle bag and a recharger; and a chance to win the Grand Prize in the Explore the Space Grand Prize Event (set forth below). Winner must travel between October 23, 2009 and October 26, 2009 or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $8,500.

THREE (3) SECOND PRIZES: A trip for four (4) to Space Camp in Huntsville, AL. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Huntsville, AL; five (5) days and four (4) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two (2) rooms, double occupancy); a $375 allowance for a mid-size rental car for length of stay; $500 spending money; and a Comfort Suites promotional pack consisting of one hundred dollars ($100) of merchandise including a duffle bag and a recharger. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $5,000.
