Eligibility : CONTEST OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE (50) FIFTY UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE (OR AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE). IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THESE AREAS OR YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE), THEN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND COINSTAR, INC. (”SPONSOR”) RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO YOU.

Promotion Period : The Coinstar The Next Big Idea Contest starts at 12:01 A.M. (all times Pacific Time, unless otherwise expressly stated) on August 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 P.M. on October 8, 2009, or when Sponsor receives 100 eligible Entry Materials, whichever is earlier (the “Deadline”).

How To Enter : To enter, visit www.coinstar.com/ideas (the “Site”), complete the online entry form for the Contest and follow the directions to submit your completed entry/project package online before the Deadline.

Limit : There is no limit to the number of submissions per person or team.

Prize (s):

The winner will receive a $10,000 (USD) check.

Each person submitting an entry will be eligible to receive free admission (up to five (5) people per team and only one (1) per person regardless of the number of entries) to the November 10-11, 2009 KioskCom self service expo event at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, NY. .Approximate retail value is $495.00 (USD).

Winners : For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after November 10, 2009 and before November 10, 2010 to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn: Coinstar The Next Big Idea Contest Winner List.
