Charter Win 10 Grand with On Demand Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Charter Win 10 Grand with On Demand Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of NY and FL), who are Charter Communications subscribers as of April 30, 2008 and who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Charter Win 10 Grand with On Demand Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Local Time on May 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m.  on May 31, 2009 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.charter.net/10grand and follow the directions provided to complete the entry form and answer that weekly period’s question. The question will change with each weekly period. Submit your answer and you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable weekly period’s drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per weekly period via this method of entry.

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize consists solely of $10,000 cash.  The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000.00.

There will be Four (4) Weekly Prizes (one (1) per weekly period).  The weekly prize consists sole of one (1) 52” HDTV (exact manufacturer and model will be determined by Sponsor).  ARV of each Weekly Prize is $1,999.

Winners : For the names of winners (available after July 16, 2009) or for a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:  Charter Win 10 Grand with On Demand Sweepstakes Winners’ List or Official Rules (please specify), PMB 182, 5910 S. University Blvd, Ste C18, GWV, CO 80121-2883.  All requests for winners’ names and Official Rules must be received by July 31, 2009.  VT residents may omit return postage on rules requests.
