CAREFREE Fresh Start Fund

Eligibility : The CAREFREE Fresh Start Fund (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The CAREFREE Fresh Start Fund begins on May 15, 2009 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), ends on September 11, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit www.carefreefreshstart.com and follow the links and instructions to register for the Contest.

Limit : one (1) Submission per person and per email address during the Submission Phase.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: $10,000 check to be used towards achieving winner’s fresh start goal, a 30-minute consultation (either in-person or via phone) with change expert Ariane de Bonvoisin of First30Days.com, a website dedicated to helping people through change, and a trip for winner to New York City to attend a celebratory event held in partnership with Step Up Women’s Network currently scheduled for October 2009 to share their “Fresh Start Story” of the progress they’ve made and how far they still have to go. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $12,650.
