Eligibility : Captain D’s Drink & Win Game is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older, and who reside in the following states: IN, KY, OH, TN, MO, IL, WV, FL, GA, VA, NC, AL, SC, MS, AR, CO, LA, NM, TX, NV, KS, CA.

Promotion Period : Captain D’s Drink & Win Game begins on or after 6/08/09 and ends on 8/09/09 or until supplies of game materials are depleted, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

I eat at Captain D’s on a regular basis at least two times a week . They have a large menu, and a huge choice of sides. The service is great and the food is always hot.
