Boru Vodka Defend the Bar Band Contest and Fan Sweepstakes

FOR BANDS

Eligibility : All entrants must be legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States (includes DC) other than California and Tennessee, ages 21 or older as of August 1, 2008.

Promotion Period : Online entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 1, 2008 until 11:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2008 (”Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per band.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Band will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of gear and equipment from American Musical Supply; distribution of its track to radio stations throughout the country via three (3) blasts from GMRE’s eNote service; and a music video of the Band’s live performance, including all pre-production, production and post-production services provided by DCT, subject to terms and conditions. Total approximate retail value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).

Three (3) First Prizes: Each of the three (3) Finalist Bands that are not the Grand Prize winner will receive distribution of its track to radio stations throughout the country via two (2) blasts from GMRE’s eNote service; and a music video of the Band’s live performance, including all pre-production, production and post-production services provided by DCT, subject to terms and conditions.

Eleven (11) Second Prizes: Each of the eleven (11) Semi-Finalist Bands that are not First or Grand Prize winners will receive distribution of its track to radio stations throughout the country via two (2) blasts from GMRE’s eNote service.

FOR FANS

Eligibility : To be eligible to enter or win, entrant must be 21 years of age or older and a legal US resident residing in the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding California and Tennessee) at time of entry, and have access to a valid email account. Sweepstakes is void in California and Tennessee or elsewhere sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.

Promotion Period : Between September 15, 2008 and October 19, 2008 (”Promotional Period”).

Limit : Limit one vote/entry per person/authorized e-mail account holder per day.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
