Bagster Summer Home Improvement Project Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada (except residents who reside in the province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begin on June 20, 2011 at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and end on August 14, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM (ET)

Limit : One (1) entry per person/per day/per Address.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 for winner to use towards his/her home renovation. In addition to the requirements listed elsewhere in these Official Rules, if you are declared the Grand Prize Winner, you must be willing to undertake all of the following: [a] interview with Sponsor for a remodeling story; [b] provide home improvements photos as requested by the Sponsor and [c] agree to be photographed or filmed by Sponsor in regards to the completed home improvement project (“Post Prize Materials”). ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000.

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) free Bagster bag and (1) voucher for the free collection service of one Bagster bag. If winner is not located in a Waste Management service area, winner will receive a substitution prize of one (1) $160 Visa Gift Card. ARV of each First Prize: $160.

TWENTY-FIVE (25) SECOND PRIZES: One (1) $10 Bagster branded Visa Gift Card. ARV of each Second Prize: $10.

Winner List : To request a winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to be received by August 14, 2011, however, a winners list will not be sent until all winners have been verified on or about September 30, 2011, to: The Bagster Summer Home Improvement Project Sweepstakes Winners List, P.O.
