Eligibility : Open to parents who are members of the Parent Teacher Association and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they are from.

Promotion Period : Promotion begins 12:01am PDT on June 15, 2012 and ends 11:59pm PDT on September 30 2012 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit :  One entry allowed per person.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: $5,000 to Grand Prize Winner and $5,000 Safety Program for Grand Prize Winner’s School.

100 Second Prizes: A Samsung Galaxy Note. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $599/each.

Winner List : Request for Winners List and Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped return envelope to: PTA Winners, P.O. Box 8033, Westport, CT 06888. All requests for the name of the Winners must be made by October 30, 2012. Residents of Vermont are not required to provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope with their request.
