Eligibility : America’s Cutest Last-Minute Tax Deduction (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering the Contest. 

Promotion Period : The America’s Cutest Last-Minute Tax Deduction begins on December 2, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on January 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : One (1) Entry per person per baby during the Submission Phase.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $5,000 U.S. Federal Treasury savings bond. The bond will be worth $10,000 upon maturity of the bond; maturity date will depend on the date the bond is purchased. The day the bond is issued, it is worth $5,000. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000.
