American Express Cash for Your Business Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The American Express Cash for Your Business Sweepstakes is open only to valid business establishments operating in good standing in fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Colorado. The individual entering on behalf of the business must have permission from the business to enter and to accept a prize on behalf of the business, and must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The American Express Cash for Your Business Sweepstakes runs from August 6, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (”Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.americanexpress.com/merchantsweepstakes and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration

Limit : Each entrant may enter one (1) time per Monthly Entry Period regardless of method of entry through this Creative Presentation.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Drawing:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be: $10,000.

Monthly Drawings:
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period): $1,000 American Express Gift Cheque.
FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period): $500 American Express Gift Cheque.
FIVE (5) THIRD PRIZES (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period): $250 American Express Gift Cheque.
