Promotion Period : AMC’s 10K A Week Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/1/10 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 6/30/2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):
Five (5) Grand Prizes: Five (5) grand prize winners (the “Grand Prize Winner(s)”) will each receive ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), awarded in the form of a check (“Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
