Advance Your World Challenge

Eligibility : Advance Your World Challenge brought to you by the Hilton HHonors Card from American Express (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Advance Your World Challenge begins on March 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on April 15, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How To Enter : During the Contest Period, visit www.advanceyourworld.com and follow the links and instructions to register for the Contest. In order to enter the Contest, you must have an HHonors membership number. Becoming an HHonors member is free. Go to http://hhonors1.hilton.com/en_US/hh/join.do for membership details and to become a member. Fill out and complete the registration. After registration, you will be invited to compete in one (1) of seven (7) available races. Races will be time-based and you will be required to complete all of seven (7) available races during the Contest Period in order to be considered for entry into the Contest (“Entry”).

Limit : Your score for each race will be saved upon completion of the race and you may return to the game for the opportunity to better your score in any race as many times as you would like during the Contest Period.

Prize (s):

SEVEN (7) GRAND PRIZES: 1,000,000 HHonors points, HHonors Diamond VIP Upgrade through March 2011, and a check for $10,000 made out to the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $16,000.

NINE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE (993) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: 10,000 HHonors points, and HHonors Diamond VIP Upgrade through March 2011. ARV: $60.
