25 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Local Sweepstakes is open only to persons who legally reside, and are physically located, within the applicable Sub-Territory of Entry and who are 21 years of age or older as of November 20, 2010; the National Sweepstakes is open only to persons who legally reside, and are physically located, within the fifty (50) states or the District of Columbia (“Territory”), and who are 21 years of age or older as of November 20, 2010.

Promotion Period : This Sweepstakes is being conducted during the period commencing at 12:00:01 A.M., November 20, 2010 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., December 26, 2010

Limit : Limit of one Local Entry for all Local Sweepstakes per person/household/family, regardless of method of Entry; and limit of one National Entry per person/household/family, regardless of method of Entry for the National Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) NATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE (“National Prize”):   The National Prize is one check for $25,000 (ARV: $25,000).

A MAXIMUM OF TWO HUNDRED TEN (265) LOCAL PRIZES): (one Local Prize for each Local Agency conducting a Local Sweepstakes) There are a maximum of two hundred and sixty-five (265) Local Agencies that may participate in their own Local Sweepstakes, each with its own entry pool and Local Prize.  The actual number of Local Prizes awarded will depend on the number of Local Agencies that hold their own Local Sweepstakes. The Local Prize is the Local Agency’s choice of one (1) of the following eight (8) prizes: [1] 40” LCD Flat Panel HDTV (ARV: $750); [2] Travel Bundle – GPS Navigation System, Portable DVD Player, two (2) noise-cancelling headphone sets, and $200 gift card (ARV: $750); [3] Digital Memories Bundle- Digital Camera and Memory Card, two (2) Digital Photo Keychains, Digital Photo Frame, and $100 gift card (ARV: $750); [4] Home Theater System and $100 gift card (ARV: $750); [5] On The Go Bundle –Touch mp3 player, Netbook Computer, and portable electronic device charger (ARV: $750); [6] Mobile Gaming  Bundle – Portable Gaming System, Noise cancelling headphones, Memory card, and two (2) $50 gift cards (ARV: $750); [7] Gaming Bundle – Gaming System, Gaming Accessories and $200 gift card (ARV: $750), or [8] Propane Gas Grill (ARV: $750). Total maximum ARV of all Local Prizes:  $198,750

Winner List : For list of winners (after March 5, 2011), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the name of the Agency from which you secured the entry: 25 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes 2010 Winners, P.O.
