Win Carey’s Hart’s Car Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Win Carey’s Hart’s Car Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and District of Columbia, who are 16 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Win Carey’s Hart’s Car Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on 11/22/08 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on 01/05/09 (the “Entry Period”).

Limit :  ONLY ONE ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD AND PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prize (s):

The grand prize consists of the following: one 2007 Dodge Caliber with custom H&H graphics which has been used for promotional purposes by Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Dodge Caliber is $16,000.00); a one night trip to Las Vegas, NV for grand prize winner and one adult guest including (i) round trip (“R/T”) coach class air transportation (via airline[s] selected by Sponsors) for two people from the major U.S. gateway city airport closest to the winner’s hometown to Las Vegas (as selected by Sponsors), (ii) hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) for one night at a hotel selected by Sponsors, and ground transportation to and from the Las Vegas airport to the hotel. ARV of travel package is approximately $2,000. If any of the above listed products is unavailable, Sponsors reserves the right to substitute for a product of similar value, at its sole discretion. The total ARV of the grand prize package is $18,000.00.
