Eligibility : SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S. WHO ARE, AS OF 5/12/08, LICENSED DRIVERS, 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER IN NEBRASKA, DELAWARE, WYOMING AND ALABAMA, AND 21 OR OLDER IN MISSISSIPPI AND PENNSYLVANIA. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes runs during regular business hours in participating Wells Fargo branches in the continental United States from 5/12/08 – 10/31/08 and on wellsfargo.com/backstage from 12:00 a.m. PT on 5/12/08 to 11:59 p.m. PT on 10/31/08 (”Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit of two online entries per eligible person.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta^® 4-door 2.0T TDI Clean Diesel with automatic transmission and a one-year carbon offset. Approximate retail value of Prize Vehicle at time of product launch including estimated title, registration, sales tax, and destination fees is $24,000. Grand Prize winner will also receive a Harman Kardon^® GPS510 navigation device and a $100 Wells Fargo^® VISA^® Gift Card (ARV of total Grand Prize package is $24,500). An eligible winner, however, may choose $23,000 cash, along with the Harman Kardon GPS device and the $100 Wells Fargo Visa Gift Card (”Added Prizes”) in lieu of the Prize Vehicle by returning the required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within 10 business days of the date of the notification and selecting the Cash/Added Prizes option on the Affidavit.

1st Prizes: Five (5) winners will receive a Harman Kardon GPS510 Navigation Device (ARV $400). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize, at its sole discretion, with a prize of equal or greater value — in cash or otherwise — if for any reason the prize cannot be awarded as contemplated by these Official Rules. Any additional cost or fees required for use of the Harman Kardon GPS510 Device are not included in the prize award.

2nd Prizes: Twenty (20) winners will receive a $100 Wells Fargo Visa Gift Card. Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the card. First and second prize winners may be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal). If the Declaration, properly executed by a potential winner, is not returned within 10 business days of the date on the notification, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant.
