Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older

Timing : Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM EDT on July 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on September 30, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per postmarked envelope. Limit nine (9) mail-in entries per person and/or household.

Prize (s):

MONTHLY GRAND PRIZE (3) Winner’s choice of one of the following prizes: One (1) 2008 Lexus GS 450h (Hybrid) base model (“Lexus”) and $2,500.00 (Approx. retail prize value: $63,745.00) OR two (2) 2008 Toyota Prius Touring vehicles (“Toyota”) and $2,500.00 (Approx. retail prize value: $59,308.00). Lexus vehicle contains the following options: Run Flat tires, Mark Levinson audio, Lexus Link, navigation system, rear spoiler. Toyota vehicles contain the following options: Smart Key system, backup camera, vehicle stability control, anti-theft system, auto-dimming rearview mirror with Homelink universal transceiver, JBL AM/FM 6-disc in dash CD changer with nine speakers in seven locations, auxiliary audio jack, MP3/WMA playback capability, satellite radio capability and hands-free phone capability via Bluetooth wireless technology, voice activated DVD navigation system and leather-trimmed seats and steering. Vehicles include destination and handling charges. Total ARV Grand Prizes (3): up to $191,235.00 depending on selection by winners.

2nd PRIZE (8) — Winner’s choice of a $10,000 vacation package consisting of airline vouchers, hotel vouchers and spending money, or $10,000 cash. Retail prize value: $10,000.00/ea.

3rd PRIZE (10) — Winner’s choice of a $5,000 vacation package consisting of airline vouchers, hotel vouchers and spending money, or $5,000 cash. Retail prize value: $5,000/ea.
