Eligibility : The Unlock the tC Road Trip Game (the “Game”) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and not a minor in his/her primary state of residence at the time of entry and have a valid U.S. driver’s license. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Game will begin at 12:00 a.m.  PT on June 1, 2010 and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on July 26, 2010 (the “Game Period”).

Prize (s):

Finalists’ Trip (4): A trip for Finalist and one (1) guest on dates to be determined by Sponsor to Los Angeles, CA. Trip  includes: round-trip coach air transportation for Finalist and guest from a major U.S. gateway nearest Finalist’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, to  destination; deluxe hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for three (3) days and two (2) nights, round-trip ground transportation to/from  airport/hotel and the Finalist Competition, and $250 spending money for Finalist only (awarded as a check). Only the Finalist will have the opportunity to  participate in the Finalist Competition. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,613.50 each.

Grand Prize (1) : A 2011 Scion tC (winner’s choice of automatic or manual transmission). Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her  state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, transmission, and other specifics will be at Sponsor’s sole  discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership specified by Sponsor. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”):  $20,000.00.

Runner-up Prizes (3) : $500.00, awarded in the form of a check. ARV: $500.00  each.
