Eligibility : Paul Masson Uniquely Smooth Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding California) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2010 Paul Masson Brandy vehicle (“vehicle”) customized by Will Castro from Unique Autosports (approximate retail value or “ARV” of vehicle: $50,000).
At Sponsor’s sole discretion, Grand Prize Winner may be required to appear on a television episode of Unique South prior to being notified that vehicle is available for delivery. Once notified, Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of vehicle from Unique Autosports from a reasonable location in the continental U.S. to be designated by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of being notified vehicle is available for delivery. TV episode taping date will be scheduled based on winner’s and Will Castro’s availability to take place in either New York City or Miami, Florida. Grand Prize travel portion of prize consists of roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double-occupancy), ground transportation between airport and hotel, and between hotel and taping location, plus $500 in spending money (maximum trip ARV: $3,000). Total Grand Prize ARV: $53,000

ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: A Paul Masson T-shirt (size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $10.
