Eligibility : The Shell $2900 Every Day Fuel Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 16 years of age and older with a valid driver’s license as of August 4, 2008. Online Game participants will also need a computer with Internet access and a valid e-mail address.

Promotion Period : The Shell $2900 Every Day Fuel Giveaway starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on or about August 4, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 28, 2008, or sooner if all official game cards for the Promotion (each, a “Game Card”) are distributed before September 28, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) medium fountain beverages (excluding alcohol), with an approximate retail value (”ARV”) of up to $1.50/ea; (odds, 1 in 10). In-Store Game prizes are not available at all Shell stations participating in the Promotion.

ONLINE INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Daily Online Instant Win prizes are available every twenty nine (29) minutes. The Online Instant Win prizes include:
