The Pink Panther 2 Look Smart Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Pink Panther 2 Look Smart Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (except residents of Florida), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older and (ii) in possession of a valid automobile motor vehicle operator’s license in good standing in their state of legal residency.

Promotion Period : The Pink Panther 2 Look Smart Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 1/20/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 2/9/09 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter : During the Entry Period, individuals interested in participating may enter the Sweepstakes by logging onto www.pinkpanther.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and providing their first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth, gender and e-mail address in accordance with the instructions set forth on the Sweepstakes Site (each, an “Entry”)

Limit : ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES PER PERSON AND/OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER DAY WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Prize (s):

One Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a 2009 smart fortwo passion coupe automobile. The approximate manufacturer’s suggested retail price of the Grand Prize is $13,990.
