The Chevy Rocks Your Garage

Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry (“Entrant).

Promotion Period : The Chevy Rocks Your Garage (“Promotion”) consists of a Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (“Game”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/25/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 8/4/08 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) Sweepstakes entry per person or email address.  / One (1) Instant Win Game Play per person or email address.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE- Sweepstakes Prize package will consist of the following five (5) elements, listed with the Approximate Retail Values (ARV) –

1) Winner’s choice of either a 2009 Chevy Silverado LTZ (ARV $45,500) or Chevy Impala SS (ARV $33,000) – ARV based on 2009 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price of a base model. Grand prize vehicle excludes commercial vehicles. Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from winner-selected Chevrolet dealer near winner’s residence, subject to Sponsor’s approval. Winner must a have valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Vehicle color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;

2) $5,000 Lowe’s® Gift Card – Gift Card is redeemable at any U.S. Lowe’s® retail location or online at www.lowes.com for merchandise and services only. Card is not redeemable for cash or valid as payment on Lowe’s® credit card and is subject to terms and conditions of Issuer (ARV $5,000);

3) $1,000 adidas Gift Card – Gift Card is redeemable online at www.adidas.com for merchandise only. Card is not redeemable for cash and is subject to terms and conditions of Issuer (ARV $1,000);

4) AMP Energy drink & refrigerated cooler – to be awarded as a refrigerated cooler and forty-seven (47) 4-pack AMP Energy drink coupons (ARV $1,500);

5) Trip for two (2) to the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 scheduled to be held at Richmond International Raceway© on 9/6/08 in Richmond, VA. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Richmond, VA, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), two (2) suite tickets to the races on 9/5/08 and 9/6/08, local ground transportation between the airport, hotel and race track, $200 cash, admission to Sponsor-selected events and the opportunity to meet Dale Earnhardt Jr and Jimmie Johnson (ARV $4,000).

Maximum ARV of Sweepstakes Prize is $57,000.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) INSTANT WIN PRIZES – One (1) 16 ounce can of AMP Energy (ARV $2.50).
