Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to any legal resident of the fifty United States and District of Columbia (void in AK and HI) who as of 5/1/09 is at least 18 years old, holds a valid driver’s license and is actively employed as a professional contractor or skilled trade worker in the construction industry.
