Eligibility : The Overstock.com Decade of Deals Daily Dig Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories, and possessions), who are 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER as of October 1st, 2009 (“Entrant” or “Entrants”)

Promotion Period : The Overstock.com Decade of Deals Daily Dig Sweepstakes begins at 12 a.m. Mountain Time on October 1, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 10, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, log on to www.overstock.com/10 (or follow the links on the Overstock.com home page) and click “Enter Sweepstakes.” Fill-out and submit the registration information required. Incomplete entries are void.

Limit : Limit of one entry per Household per each daily drawing, where Household is defined as those Entrants residing at the same physical address.

Prize (s):

On each day during the 10-day contest, one (1) qualifying Entrant will receive a prize, ranging in value from $2200 to $25,000. The aggregate Approximate Retail Value of the 10 prizes awarded is $55,150.

The prizes include a watch valued at $3000, a Smart Phone with 2 years of service valued at $2450, a home entertainment package include a TV, blue ray and speakers valued at $2500, a diamond necklace valued at $3000, a Moped vehicle and accessories valued at $3000, one year of gasoline valued at $2200, a room makeover including up to $4000 of merchandise, a $5000 shopping spree on Overstock.com, a dream vacation worth up to $5000, and a 2010 Toyota Prius in either white or red, valued at $25,000 (grand prize).

Winners : For the name of each day’s prize winner, available within three business days after the winner is selected, and for one year thereafter, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
