myversaroadtrip.com – Nissan’s My Versa Road Trip Contest

Eligibility : A contestant (“Contestant”) must (i) be a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) or District of Columbia, (ii) be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of time of entry, (iii) carry a valid driver’s license issued by a US state or the District of Columbia, and (iv) carry automobile liability/property damage insurance.

Promotion Period : Begins on September 15, 2011 at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends January 20, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET

Limit : Each Contestant is allowed to submit one (1) Submission per day during the Submission Phase.

Prize (s) :

ROAD TRIP PRIZES:

A. The Road Trip.  Each Road Trip Winner will receive a Road Trip to the based on the Road Trip Submission that the Contestant entered into the Contest. The Road Trip will be for four (4) people, the Road Trip Winner and three (3) “Guests.” All Road Trip Prizes will take place during one of the following periods: November 17 – 20, 2011, November 24 – November 27, 2011 and December 12 – December 30, 2011 (the “Travel Periods”), selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Road Trip will consist of the following:

Roundtrip airfare for Road Trip Winner and three (3) Guests (departing from the gateway airport located nearest to the Road Trip Winner arriving at the gateway airport closest to the start of the Road Trip on the first day of the Travel Period and departing on the last day of the Travel Period from the gateway airport nearest to the conclusion of the Road Trip and returning to the gateway airport located nearest to the Road Trip Winner). All of the gateway airports will be selected by the Sponsor.
Three (3) nights stay in a hotel rooms which are located along the route of the Road Trip, two (2) single rooms each with double occupancy.
One Hundred Dollars ($100) per day in for gas.
One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per day per person as spending cash.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Road Trip is $8,800

B. Nissan Versa®.  Each Road Trip Winner will receive a 2012 Nissan Versa. Approximate Retail Value of each Nissan Versa is $16,260.

The total ARV of each Road Trip Prize the Road Trip [$8,800] plus the Nissan Versa [$16,260] plus payment for the Vehicle Costs [up to $5,000]) is $30,060.

DAILY PRIZES.
Each Daily Prize is a $25 iTunes® Gift Card. No more than 5 iTunes® Gift Cards per day, which is 175 iTunes® Gift Cards in total, will be awarded during the Submission Phase.

ROAD TRIP VIDEO PRIZES.
Each person in the winning Road Trip Video (the Road Trip Winner and his/her Guests) will each receive a gas credit card in the sum of $1,000.

Winner List : For a list of prize winners, interested individuals should place their name and address on a 3″x 5″ card and mail it in an envelope to: Winners List The Nissan’s® My Versa® Road Trip Contest, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the Contest’s end date (listed above) and requests must be received no later than February 29, 2012.
