Lexus Drive HS Promotion

Eligibility : Lexus Drive HS Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the forty eight (48)  contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Promotion.

Promotion Period : The Lexus Drive HS Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.driveHS.com and follow the links and instructions to register for a Drive HS account (the “Account”) to become a voter (a “Voter”) and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit : You may create one (1) Account per person and receive up to one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and you may create one (1) Profile per Account to receive one (1) entry into the Contest during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: The use of a Lexus HS for one (1) calendar year, a voucher good for two (2) nights weekend accommodations at a participating Fairmont Hotel, and a Lexus Hybrid Living gift bag containing Sponsor selected Lexus branded products.  Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $9,600.

TWO (2) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: The use of a Lexus HS for one (1) week, a voucher good for two (2) nights weekend accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a participating Fairmont Hotel, and a Lexus Hybrid Living gift bag containing Sponsor selected Lexus branded products.  ARV: $1,260.

NINETY-EIGHT (98) FIRST PRIZES:  The use of a Lexus HS for one (1) week and a Lexus Hybrid Living gift bag containing Sponsor selected Lexus branded products.  ARV: $260.

For Sweepstakes:

ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: The use of a Lexus HS for one (1) calendar year and a Lexus Hybrid Living gift bag containing Sponsor selected Lexus branded products. ARV: $8,600.
