Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on July 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 1, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) for a military member, one (1) for a non-military member): One (1) custom Harley-Davidson 1200C motorcycle for winner and a trip for two (2) to Milwaukee, WI. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $28,500. For the Motorcycle: The winner will have the opportunity to work with an H-D styling team and a Marvel designer to customize a Harley-Davidson® 1200C motorcycle; customization costs may not exceed $15,000 in value. Winner may be required to show proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from a dealership designated by Sponsor at a time specified by Sponsor after the trip to Milwaukee, WI when the motorcycle customization is complete. For the Trip: Trip package includes round trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Milwaukee, WI; and two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy).

TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) for a military member, one (1) for a non-military member): A Rider’s Edge® Class for winner. Winner must take class by December 1, 2012 and meet Rider’s Edge guidelines. Winner must take the class at a dealership designated by Sponsor. ARV: $500.
