Eligibility : YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.
Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 21, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 3, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :
Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Six (3,996) Hourly Prizes will be awarded (one [1] for each hour of the Sweepstakes Period). Each Hourly Prize will consist of one (1) $50.00 NFL Shop online gift certificate redeemable at www.nflshop.com. Subject to terms and conditions as stated at www.nflshop.com. ARV: $50.00 each.
Six (6) Ultimate Tailgating Prize Packages will be awarded (one [1] for each of the following Entry Periods- Entry Periods 1 through 6). Each Ultimate Tailgating Prize Package will consist of: one (1) 2013 GMC Terrain Truck; one (1) NFL Grill; two (2) NFL Chairs; one (1) NFL Jersey; and one (1) NFL Team Tent. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $33,415.00 each prize.
Ten (10) Home Entertainment Prize Packages will be awarded (one [1] for each of the following Entry Periods- Entry Periods 7 through 16). Each Home Entertainment Prize Package consists of one (1) 60-inch Class HDTV, one (1) Bose® Lifestyle® T20 home theater system, and one (1) Blu-ray Disc™ Player. ARV: $4,249.93 each prize.
Five (5) Super Bowl XLVII Prize Packages will be awarded (one [1] for each of the following Entry Periods- Entry Periods 17 through 21). Each Super Bowl XLVII Prize Package consists of a trip for two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to attend Super Bowl XLVII (“Game”) scheduled to occur in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 3, 2013. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s U.S. home); double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLVII, $250.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), ground transportation to/from airport/hotel/Game, and access to select Pepsi-sponsored events. ARV: up to $10,000.00 depending on winners point of departure.
One (1) Last Chance Drawing Prize will be awarded. The Last Chance Prize consists of one (1) grill and one (1) $50.00 NFL Shop online gift certificate redeemable at www.nflshop.com. Subject to terms and conditions as stated at www.nflshop.com. ARV: $250.00 each.
