Conan Please Blow Up My Car Contest

Eligibility : Conan Please Blow Up My Car Contest is open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and of the age of majority in their state of residence, as of the start of the Contest Period.

Promotion Period : The Conan Please Blow Up My Car Contest (“Contest”) will begin on August 3, 2009 at 9:00 AM PT and end on August 21, at 5:59 PM PT  (“Contest Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Contest, log on to www.tonightshowwithconanobrien.com/lexus (the “Website”) during the Contest Period and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form

Limit : You may enter only once per day during the Contest Period, for a total of up to twenty-six (26) entries.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) prize awarded to one (1) winner (“Winner”), consisting of the following:  a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”) to attend a taping of The Tonight Show with Conan O.Brien (the “Show”) and a 2010 Lexus HS250h (“Car”).
The Trip and the Car are collectively referred to herein as the Prize.
The Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner.s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 2) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; 3) two (2) tickets to attend a taping of the Show scheduled to take place between August 28, 2009 and September 4, 2009 (or on such other date as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 4) round trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel, and the hotel and the taping of the Show; and 5) two hundred dollars ($200) in cash (to Winner only) to be awarded as a check made payable to Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is thirty-six thousand eight hundred and seventy-five dollars ($36,875).
The Car will be a 2010 Lexus HS250h (model #9810) with the following specifications: back-up camera; navigation; rear spoiler; exterior color of smokey granite and interior color of watergray or such other specifications as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
