Chevy Salutes America’s Heroes Contest and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Chevy Salutes America’s Heroes Contest and Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry (“Entrant).

Promotion Period : The Chevy Salutes America’s Heroes Contest and Sweepstakes (”Promotion”) consists of a “Contest” and a “Sweepstakes” and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/10/09 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 10/22/09 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) Entry per person per email address. One (1) Sweepstakes Entry (vote) per person or email address per day during the Finalist Voting Period for a maximum of eighteen (18) Entries per person or email address.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) CONTEST GRAND PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO HERO DESCRIBED IN WINNING ENTRY: The Grand Prize will consist of the following two (2) elements:

1)       2010 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ (ARV $37,070). The ARV is based on 2010 Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) with available manufacturer upgrades. Winner has the option of selecting any other 2010 Chevrolet model vehicle (excluding commercial vehicles) whose MSRP does not exceed the $37,070 ARV;

2)    Trip for serviceman or woman nominee winner and their immediate family members to the CMA Awards scheduled to be held on 11/11/09 in Nashville, TN – Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for serviceman or woman nominee winner and guests from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Nashville, TN, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), tickets to the CMA Awards the opportunity to meet Dale Earnhardt Jr. (subject to his availability) and local ground transportation between the airport, hotel and show (ARV $8,550).

)NE (1) SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO WINNER OF RANDOM DRAWING:
Trip for two (2) to the NASCAR race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis, IN on 7/25/10. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Indianapolis, IN, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), two (2) race tickets, local ground transportation between the airport, hotel and race track and admission to Sponsor-selected events, if available (ARV $5,000).
