Eligibility : The Chevron Summer Road Trip Giveaway Instant Win Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and reside in one of the following states: AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KY, LA, MS, MT, NV, NM, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA , WV and WY.

Promotion Period : The Chevron Summer Road Trip Giveaway Instant Win Game (”Game”) will begin at 12:00:01 am CDT on June 1, 2009, and is scheduled to end on 11:59:59 pm CDT on July 12, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit www.ChevronGiveaway.com and register by completing the registration form

Limit : Limit one (1) Game Play per person/household and per email address per day.

Prize (s):

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each consisting of one 2009 Malibu LS featuring standard interior and exterior equipment. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is: $22,275.00.

Thirty-Nine (39) First Prizes. Each consisting of $2,250 in Chevron gift cards. ARV: $2,250.00 each.

Two Thousand (2,000) Second Prizes: Each consisting of one TomTom 125 GPS. ARV: $129.95 each.

Five Thousand (5,000) Third Prizes: Each consisting of a one night stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites. ARV: $75.00 each. Prize will be awarded as gift certificate good for one standard room (maximum 4 people) for one night, tax included. Gift certificate expires on 12/31/09.

Thirty-Five Thousand (35,000) Fourth Prizes: Each consisting of one $5 Chevron gift card. ARV: $5.00 each.

Winners : For the names of the major prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped, #10 envelope to: Chevron Summer Road Trip Winner List Request, P.O. Box 324, Lombard, IL 60148-0324. Winners Lists will be sent when the Game is over and all prizes are awarded. Requests for Winner Lists must be received by 8/28/09.

Carefully scratch off the area marked “SCRATCH HERE” on the Game Card to reveal a code. Game card code is good for one Game Play.

Visit http://www.ChevronGiveaway.com and register by completing the registration form with your first & last name, complete home address (no P.O. Boxes), birth date, valid email address and phone number. Returning participants can play the Game using their email address and password established during registration. Limit one (1) registration per person and email address. After completing all required fields on the registration form or signing in using your email address and password, follow on-screen prompts to enter the 8-digit code found on the Game Card and play by clicking “Submit” (a “Game Play”). You will be notified by email within approximately 24 hours of receipt of your Game Play whether you have or have not won a prize.
